All shipping discounts, package pricing and demo discounts are
subject to the full approval by AUDIONET USA. Only dealers that match all
criteria as defined by AUDIONET USA are subject to discounts, dealer pricing
and other benefits. Criteria include but are not limited to the full disclosure
of the dealer operations, scope, advertising, physical store and verifiable
customer service policies as well as strict adherance to AUDIONET USA’s
internet policy. Audionet products are custom ordered and available in
silver and black with blue or red leds. All orders are prepaid and non-refundable.
Damaged or defective products are repaired or replaced under warranty by
AUDIONET Germany.
Internet Policy:
Dealer may advertise only AUDIONET USA Suggested Retail Pricing
on the internet and may not ship without prior authorization outside
of his designated territory. All internet representation requires
full consent and prior approval by AUDIONET USA.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from AUDIONET USA sites are made pursuant to a shipment
contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass
to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

AUDIONET USA makes every attempt to provide up-to-date and accurate content.
AUDIONET USA is not responsible for any information which may be incorrect,
